I am a birth and postpartum doula based in the Bay Area, supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the first months of new life. My practice is built on deep listening: every family is different, and the care I give is shaped around yours.
My Journey to Birth Work
My journey began in 1986, when my little brother was born and our family grew in front of my eyes. The wonder of that time never left me — long before I had the words for it, I knew that birth and new families were where I wanted to be.
In 2015 I completed my doula training and began attending births. After the birth of my daughter I trained as a postpartum doula as well, and found the work I love most: helping whole families find their footing in the tender first months.
